Set your renewal reminder
A few details now. One less thing to remember.
Three steps. Then get on with your day.
- 01
Add your details
Your email, a reference you recognise, your contract expiry date and your preferred notice.
- 02
Confirm your email
Open the email and confirm on the website. Your reminder only becomes active after that.
- 03
Get your heads-up
We’ll email you when it’s time to review your contract. What happens next is up to you.
A few useful details
Do I have to give my mobile number?
No. Any reference you recognise, such as “John’s Mobile”, works just as well. Your full name isn’t required either. Use any valid email address you can access and confirm.
When will my reminder arrive?
We schedule your email from 09:00 UTC on the date you choose, checking for due reminders every ten minutes. Delivery can take longer. If your notice date has already passed when you confirm or update your details, we’ll send it on the next scheduled run.
Will you check or switch my contract?
We use the end date you provide; we do not verify it with your network. We won’t renew, cancel or switch your contract. Always check your provider’s actual terms and keep your own record of important deadlines.
Can I use this outside the UK?
Yes. MobileRenewal.com was initially intended mainly for UK use, but users anywhere are welcome. The same email reminder service works wherever you live.
Can I change my details or stop reminders?
Yes. Use the private management link in your email, or request a fresh link from Manage reminders. You can update the reference, date and notice period, or delete the reminder and its saved details.
